Who are you guys?
We are two people - Laura and Jakob - who lives in Copenhagen, Denmark. Laura handles design, marketing and support. Jakob handles development, operations and the business side. Access Sheet is 100% owned and bootstraped by us - no other dependencies 👍
What about our data, where will it be placed and is it secure?
All of your data will be placed in Amsterdam, The Netherlands through Digital Oceans offerings. We backup all of your data several times each day - which then is encrypted and stored in Digital Ocean. We furthermore have the, encrypted daily backups, copied to a storage solution in Amazon - just in case.
What about privacy?
This is a big one! There are at least two underlying concerns in this matter - are we competent and responsible with your data? First of all - your data is your data. We will never distribute or sell your data to anyone. Period. One of the main reasons we charge for this service, is that we do not wish to build a business around your data. We provide a tool which you pay for. It's as simple as that! Your data is very safe with us and we have privacy and security top of mind in all matters.
Is the private beta free?
While Access Sheet is in private beta the monthly price per account is 49$. You start off with a trial period of 1 month where it is possible to asses whether Access Sheet is a good fit for your company. You can have as many systems, accesses and users as you like. No surprises.
How come you charge for a unstable product with us as testers?
We never release unstable or untested software. The reason we consider Access Sheet to be in a beta version, is due to missing key features of the product. All the features available are tested and are fully production ready.
What will the price be after private beta?
When Access Sheet goes live for the public, the monthly price will be 99$ per account. This can change up until the launch - but we guarantee that the price will not be launching at a higher price than a monthly 99$ per account.
When will the private beta end?
We will not commit to a deadline for when the private beta ends. We consider the private beta to be completed when we are feature complete with all the key features in Access Sheet.
What are my options if we use Access Sheet and we - for some reason - wish or are forced to leave?
You can always export all of you data - free of charge. Your data is yours and we will go very far to help you leaving Access Sheet in good manners if you wish to leave. We have no retention policies for active accounts - which means that we do not delete your data.
